This low-impact workout lies at the heart of our vision and mission. It is a great blend of cardio, strength, and toning incorporating bodyweight exercises designed to strengthen your body and spirit while fostering a sense of belonging within our Feel Good Tribe community. It is perfect for those new to exercise, returning to exercise, or eager to focus on refining their technique. The class will continually challenge you as you increase your load or repetitions, providing for a good sweat!

You'll love it because everyone is welcome! Bring a friend, your partner, kids, or even dogs! After the workout, join us for post-class coffee at Aloha. It's the perfect way to end the week feeling energised, connected, and supported by your Feel Good Tribe family.
