Strength

Power up with strength training! We combine compound moves, resistance bands to build strength, boost your mood, and have fun. Our classes target your whole body, using resistance bands, bodyweight, HIIT, plyometrics, and Pilates for variety. Each session is tailored to your fitness level, so come join us and crush those goals together!

Cardio

Cardio is key, and HIIT or SIT is where the magic happens! These time-efficient workouts mix bursts of effort with rest, keeping you engaged (and time for a chat between intervals!). Start slow and build up for a safe, effective workout. They’re short, tough, and oh-so-rewarding. Pairing cardio with strength training boosts fat burn and fires up your metabolism long after you’re done. So, crank up the tunes, embrace the challenge, and let those feel-good endorphins flow!

Pilates

Experience the power of Pilates! Slow, controlled movements tone muscles, boost endurance, and improve posture. Our classes suit all levels, offering a challenging yet rewarding workout. Practising Pilates at East Coast Park is pure bliss. Move with the sea breeze, connect with nature, and nurture body awareness and mindfulness. Roll out your mat, embrace the burn, and leave feeling stronger, more flexible, and refreshed.

meet the founder

Stepping into fitness in my 40s wasn’t part of the plan, but here we are—and I’m loving every minute of it! My passion for sports and wellness grew during my years in Asia, giving me a real sense of purpose and belonging. As a mum of two high-energy boys, keeping active isn’t just an option—it’s survival!

Fitness has become my go-to for feeling grounded, so I made it my mission to find balance by becoming a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and Pilates instructor. This new chapter has been an incredible ride, and I’m thrilled to share the journey with our Feel Good Tribe.

The Tribe keeps me motivated, consistent, and grateful. If you’re ready to feel good, come join us! I’ll be here as your coach, offering support, a solid game plan, and plenty of fun along the way!
