Introducing Patsy Soh: Your Nutrition Expert for the Feel Good Tribe
We’re so excited to introduce you to Patsy Soh, the latest addition to The Feel Good Tribe! If you’re joining our 8-Week Program or working with us 1:1, you’ll have the chance to benefit from her wealth of knowledge and experience in nutrition and fitness.
Meet Patsy
Patsy is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian with an impressive 24 years of experience. She holds a BSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Otago, New Zealand, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics and an MSc in Human Nutrition. With a background spanning clinical nutrition, corporate wellness, and nutrition research, Patsy brings a well-rounded approach to health and well-being.
She started her career at Changi General Hospital (CGH), where she worked with patients managing diabetes, high cholesterol, gout, kidney disease, and weight management. She later transitioned to the corporate world, working with Nestlé Singapore to improve the nutritional profile of food products and provide health education. Her career also included conducting research on pre-term babies before she took a step back to focus on raising her three children (including twins!).
Now that her kids are in school, Patsy is ready to return to work in a flexible capacity—and we’re thrilled to have her as part of the team!
Patsy’s Approach to Nutrition & Fitness
Patsy believes that being fit and healthy is about more than just food—it’s a holistic experience that includes movement, mindset, and emotional well-being. That’s why she expanded her expertise beyond dietetics to include fitness qualifications. She is a certified FISAF Personal Trainer and an Exercise is Medicine (EIMS) Allied Health and Exercise Professional, which means she can offer tailored exercise guidance alongside nutritional advice.
She’s especially passionate about helping parents regain their fitness and achieve a healthy body weight, offering practical, sustainable nutrition and exercise strategies that fit into busy lives.
Oh, and did we mention? She’s a serious runner and always striving to beat her personal bests!
